Here’s how to get rid of back fat, along with any other body fat that’s been bothering you: The way I’m about to share with you consists of 3 steps that I personally followed to lose 65 pounds in under 4 months. I never went hungry. I never stepped foot inside a gym!

Again, these 3 steps were not just a “how to get rid of a fat back” solution, but they literally melted all my excess body fat like a blowtorch. The steps focus on one thing and one thing only… metabolism!

These steps harness the power of “calorie shifting,” perhaps the most successful dietary science in existence. This science uses food, and not a lack of food, to fuel your metabolism in a way that turns your own body into a fat-burning furnace! It is with pleasure and excitement that I share the steps with you now…

How To Get Rid Of Back Fat – 3 Steps To Get Rid Of A Fat Back:

Eat healthy, eat often! You will create a diet menu that spans 11 days into the future. In this menu will be listed delicious meals containing healthy, natural foods such as lean meats, fresh fruits & vegetables, and whole grains, among others. You will be eating FOUR meals a day! For the first 10 days, your metabolism will be burning white hot. By day 11, however, it will begin to plateau, which is why you’ll move to step two…

Eat whatever, whenever! That’s right, take a break from your diet! For three full days, be sinfully indulgent. This is important because you need to reset your metabolism so that your next 11 days on the diet are just as effective as your previous 11 days. Don’t worry about the pounds swarming back on, either. Your metabolism will still be high enough to keep your weight in check. When your three days are up, move to step three…

Repeat steps one and two until your body is everything you ever hoped it would be!

This is how to get rid of back fat way faster than any exercise. Use exercise to tone it up after you’ve lost the weight. Also, enjoy the additional body fat reduction you experience as a result of following these steps. I have nothing but confidence in your weight loss success. You’re going to do great!

follow wedding_favors

The best diet for losing belly fat has absolutely nothing to do with starvation. Nor will it require you to work out like a freak to be effective. These are old concepts that simply do not work! What I’m about to share with you is revolutionary, and it will change your life!

Losing belly fat comes down to boosting your metabolism. That’s it. And the best way to get your metabolism burning nice and hot is to EAT! Light exercise like walking and/or jogging also help, but food can literally transform your body into a fat burning machine like nothing else.

You can be losing belly fat within hours of taking your first bite, if you know what you’re doing. I personally lost 65 pounds in about 4 months by following the dietary approach I’m about to illustrate for you here.

Losing Belly Fat – Diet In 3 Simple Steps:

Create your menu. Simply design your eating plan for the 11 day stretch ahead. This menu will have you eating MORE than 3 meals a day. This will ensure you are feeding your metabolism so it can grow into a nice, hot, fat-burning machine! Losing belly fat will be effortless for you!

After dieting for these 11 days, STOP! Take 3 days off. This will keep your fat loss from hitting a wall, and will allow you to eat whatever you want, whenever you want, keeping you from ever getting bored!

Create a new menu and go another 11 days! Step 2 will have re-set your metabolism so that your next 11-day stretch will be just as effective as step 1.

Just how effective is this plan, anyway? Well, how does 9 pounds every 11 days sound? You will be losing belly fat (and any other unwanted body fat) at warp speed. This works like magic! Simply repeat these steps until you’ve reached your target weight. And if the pounds ever start creeping up again, just go another 11 days. Again… magic!

This diet plan can seriously change your life. I recommend that you try it out for the initial 11 days and see what happens. I have nothing but confidence in your success. You’re going to do great!

candy favors

Probably the biggest training fallacy that get’s under my skin the most is that to tone up, you should lift lighter weights and do more reps. This misconception, just like many others in the fitness industry have now become the gospel truth.

I would often hear people say “Oh I don’t want to do heavy weights I just want to tone up.” In this article, I’m going to show you why I believe this is completely wrong.

I am not going to force you my beliefs down your throat. I am just going to give you my honest opinion and I’ll let you make up your own mind. Cool?

My belief is that the fastest way to get toned is to lift heavy weights. Here’s why.

There is no such thing as a toned muscle or an un-toned muscle. A muscle is always toned and can never be un-toned. Sometimes they may look un-toned simply due to a layer of fat on top of them or not having enough muscle to give your body shape.

To achieve the toned look you simply have to have muscle and low body fat levels. This is why lifting heavy weights is much more effective. For one, they help you build muscle, and two; it speeds up your metabolism, making fat loss much easier.

Another great benefit of lifting heavy weights, especially the big lifts like squats, deadlifts, dips and chin ups, is that they stimulate two powerful hormones, testosterone and growth hormone. This makes losing fat and building muscle happen much quicker and easier.

Performing high reps with light weight achieve none of this. It doesn’t build muscle, which means it doesn’t increase our metabolism and is far from being the most efficient way to burn fat. It also fails to stimulate testosterone and growth hormone.

The only thing training with light weights does, is build up a lot of lactic acid which gives you that burning sensation. This gives you the false hope that what you are doing is actually toning up your muscles. This burning sensation does nothing to tone up your muscles. It doesn’t help you build muscle, nor does it help you lose much fat.

Many people choose to believe that the high rep stuff works simply because they don’t want to do heavy weights. That is understandable. But by when I say heavy weights, I mean lifting enough weight which will cause you to reach complete muscle failure in 6-12 reps.

This means you don’t have to do weights at all, if you don’t want to. There are many bodyweight exercises which are extremely tough to complete more than 6-12 reps. You could do stuff like parallel bar dips, chin ups and pistols (one leg squats.)

Basically to tone up, you want to push your muscles to the level of complete exhaustion in the 6-12 rep range. This rep range is perfect for building strength and muscle. Once you get over 15-20 reps you are now training more for endurance. This does little to build muscle or lose fat.

disapparate

One may think that on a website called “LivingAfterWLS” you would never read about conventional dieting: losing weight the old fashioned way by eating less and exercising more. One would think WLS proponents would say, “It can’t be done. The only way to lose massive weight is with surgery.” We should shake our heads with all-knowing smugness and think, “Well, it won’t be long and she, too, will be on the surgical table.”

Get Best Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan Program

But I don’t think that is fair. Who among us, in the first two difficult post-op years hasn’t questioned, “Was this really my last hope? Was this the only way to become healthy by losing weight?” I’ve questioned myself dozens of times, “Kaye, did you really give it your all before you had surgery?” I don’t know the answer.

It is too late for me to ask questions. My stomach has been chopped in two and my intestines re-routed for life. But it’s not too late for Kelly McCamey to ask questions and that’s exactly what she did.

One extraordinary LivingAfterWLS community member, Kelly McCamey was jumping through the pre-surgical hoops early this summer. During the approval process she asked herself, “”Did you really give it your all, Kelly? Or are you escaping and doing this because you are weak?” Told she had severe sleep apnea she was denied surgery unless she submitted to using a machine to aid her breathing while she slept. At 5’2” and 287 pounds Kelly, 37, had a BMI of 52.5. Kelly was in trouble, but refused the machine. By refusing the machine she was denied surgery.

“I was determined now that I “had” to do this on my own, I had to quit playing and work out, watch my calories and stop the pity I had (for myself) because I was so big. I thought that if I gave myself this one last chance, I would really do it; before altering my life with gastric bypass surgery.”

Recalling years of obesity Kelly said, “I was always too afraid to go to the doctor for fear they would put me on the scale. I did not take care of my health because I was ashamed to talk about my weight condition. I used to think nobody saw it; that I had everyone fooled. Not so! Fat is fat, no matter how you view it. So, it was at this point that I realized I had to do something fast for my own health.” Kelly faced reality saying, “I am a 37-year-old female who is very overweight.”

Kelly joined the a nationally known weight loss program on July 11, 2005. “I met with a very nice representative named Sophia. It was at that point I realized how miserable I really was. As Sophia took my picture I saw my own face with the sickness that I have never seen before. I looked so unhealthy. I never believed I looked so unhealthy. But, I know I owed this to myself, I have always put others first, hid from the mirrors, hid behind the home and never wanted to do anything. I was always the first one to say, “No, I can’t go, I have something to do”. But that was so far from the truth.”

Get Best Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan Program

The weight loss program she joined has Kelly on a strict 1500 calorie a day diet, and her daily routine includes exercise, something she didn’t enjoy before. She checks in on Monday evenings with her counselor Sophia. At her 5-week weigh-in she was down 21 pounds and feeling fabulous. That 21-pound weight loss dropped her BMI to 48.6.

“I feel so good, I can’t begin to tell you! I went to a softball game Thursday and I didn’t have to turn sideways to go through the turn styles! To me that was great! I would normally hide at home and sulk, but this time I went out with pride, even though I have a long way to go, I am really giving it my all.”

Look how far Kelly has come in just five weeks. I am personally awed and inspired by Kelly for her gutsy determination to lose weight the old fashioned way when all she really had to do was submit to the nighttime breathing machine and then have gastric bypass.

Kelly acknowledges that losing weight is never easy. “I am more pumped than anything, and I have come to the conclusion this is my way of life. I will always be that pretty girl that wants to come out, but not accepted by society as an overweight 37-year-old. I have been miserable and lonely because of my weight.”

Kelly won’t have to be miserable in her own body much longer. She is on the right track to understanding what it takes to become healthier and happier by achieving a healthy weight. Kelly understands vigilance to eating and exercise is her new way of life. Kelly has agreed to share with LivingAfterWLS her story as she strives, just like the rest of us, to become a healthy weight in a world that makes it so easy to be fat. I know she is going to do just fine.

Get Best Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan Program
placecard holders
